So mommy got a ride back with sis and boyfriend today, I miss her already, so anyways I decided to run some errands. I was walking and decided to go pay the chiropractor first then catch the bus to the post office. I was hoping they wouldn’t accept the payment because I really needed the money but they accepted which is fine at least now that’s out of the way. After that I caught the bus and the whole time I was biting my nails figuratively hoping that I would get there in time. It actually took the bus almost 10 minutes to drive two blocks after leaving the mall. However part of the delay may have been the blown up nissan that was being towed with a cop car blocking the road behind it. The car had a circular shaped spider web crack in the windshield and there was like water all over I guess from where the fire department put out the fire. Anyways when I got off the bus on the correct street it was 5:00 pm and we’d left the mall at 4:50pm. I had my fingers crossed that they were open til 5:30pm and I got super lucky turns out they were open til 5:30pm. So I mailed my two letters then left and walked home. It was super hot but I made it.

Today we went for a bit of a trek we went for cough drops at Walmart for mom, went to Publix to get weighed, according to the publix scale I gained ten pounds lol, went to the post office to mail two letters and a package, in line at the post office there was a woman in front of me in line with a shirt that said I’m gigantic, titanic I might cause panic lol, anyways then I went to Target to drop off recyclables, then went to Office Depot to make copies then went home then left again to go to Florida Blue to try to fax letter again then back to Office Depot to make copies for ma. All in all an eventful hot day.

My feet at doctor’s office, library, soup kitchen and recycling plant

So had my re-do waste of money and time appointment with the doctor today. I had to go get an x-ray later on and now I’m just waiting for the results. Maybe they will be different this time. Anywho I went to the recycling plant to get rid of the paper and hopefully the other stuff but the plastic warehouse place and it’s office seemed to both be abandoned even though I did see a few cars outside. I will just have to try a different day instead. After that I went back to my area and ran some other errands or at least tried to. I still have to refill my ‘scrip’, because if some error in their system, but I got just about everything else done. I went to the post office and saw the black woman there who seems to live there just like her fellow post office folk and we chatted about her butterfly pendants and my dress and where we go shopping and so on. She had to help me pay for the stamps because apparently my compulsive need to pay 53 cents for my new cute rainbow teddy bear from the thrift store made me use the dollar I thought I had left in my wallet and I had left the change I had at the house as well. Anyways I got my stamps and also got my book put back into the system so I could have it re-requested. I really wish they’d change the rules for inter-library loans. 2 weeks is so not enough time to read a book about psychology or anything for that matter except maybe a children’s book. Anyway I need to mail my letters still and get my prescription so I will see if I can do all that on Saturday instead.

P.S. getting my x-ray again, I hope I don’t get cancer from all this radiation, was a bit more boring than last time because this time Ellen wasn’t on the t.v.s, instead it was a cooking show and the lady cooking was using equipment I didn’t have so it would’ve sucked to even try to write down the recipes and I didn’t even read much of my book because I wanted so bad to just hurry up and get out of there. There were only like 2 people before me so I didn’t wait too long and I even used their bathroom. Anyways I chatted a bit with the x-ray tech (a short white woman in her 30’s) about why I needed the x-ray and when I came out another tech (a black women a bit taller than the other woman in her 30’s also) said she would take me out and she gave me a card for her son’s music group (he’s a rapper) and I haven’t checked it out yet because I almost never check out people’s stuff unless it’s super easy to do so like they give e a cd for example which happened at one of the anime conventions I went to one year or unless I live with them and I’m forced to hear their music up close and personal as happened when I lived with my evil ex roommate and his band of wicked friends. Anyways enough about them. I of course did my over-thinking thing, because the other tech was bringing in the next patient and saw her give me the card and info, and had some odd thoughts but then I got in the car and thought better of it, mainly because the tech with the son acted so calmly, and went to the library, they close at 5:30 not 5 thank goodness, then the soup kitchen, where it was extremely crowded, and they served baked chicken with salad, baked potato, bread, cookies, blueberries with whipped topping and cake, I didn’t have the cake because it was one of those fake cakes with one layer white and one layer black and frosting between and on top and ….just ….ew. The food was yummy and I got a meal to go for ma and went back home and they jumped in the car right away to drop him off to work. One comment from ma about the lack of gas and I was instantly beyond annoyed. Thank goodness for ACA and therapist …right. Anyways looking forward to less financially droughtful days for all.

yay did yoga today moon fire yoga awesome stuff. It was a great day loved it. Tomorrow should be fun and the next class too.

My feet at Ross, Publix, Walmart and post office

So today I first rushed off to the post office to get a stamped envelope. It was pretty much still the same, crowded with people sending presents etc.. I wonder if we’ll ever succeed in getting the consumerism out of the holidays. Anywho after getting my envelope I went back to Walmart for Greek Yogurt yum and some other things I could only get there at such a good price, like ECOS detergent. So after that I went to Publix and got some free range organic chicken and feta cheese and dressing to make the fennel salad with. Then I went home and made something to eat and went to pick up my brother at Ross. While I was waiting I fell asleep for a bit. I was so tired but then I got home and all of a sudden I was fully awake again. Darned insomnia.

My feet at pizza shop, oriental store, Nature’s Den, Dollar General and Save-a-lot

So today was a busy day, I went to the library and typed up my letter to them about “him” and how it was crazy that he was advertising there, I paid my fine (I brought my bag of canned goods in thinking/hoping they were still taking canned goods for fines) and also paid to print my document which it turns out was really expensive (never again), then I got out of there and went to the post office for an envelope and stamps (also expensive), then I left there and went to Nature’s Den, after first putting air in the tires at Hess, where I exchanged the conditioner for CoQ10 lotion and then I got a migraine remedy for ma for Christmas and also two extra, non-vaseline, lip glosses, (I got a 31 cent discount) ahahaha but hey it’s something, anywho after that I put the stuff in the car and went to check out the bike store, on the way there I saw an oriental store and decided to go in for my seaweed but it wasn’t the one I’ve been craving but I got it anyway the Asian women that I can only assumed owned the store was really nice to me. I left and went down to the pizza shop next and ordered a pizza and talked to the guy behind the counter a bit about Trinidad and Tobago and about the rapper with the name of the larger island who I think according to what I’ve heard is from there. The two white males in the 20’s to 30’s that were working the counter were really nice I paid and tipped them after coming out of the restroom which was super awesome, and then I went to the bike shop to ask about the bikes there they said none of them were under $50 oh well. I left and went back to get my pizza and then ran off to the oriental store again where got ginger, tamarind balls, cloves powered, sorrel dried, a few other seasoning powered, an aloe vera pineapple drink, plantain chips and a ginger drink (sadly there were no lemons) again she was really nice with me making jokes and asked me to come back which I responded saying I would :), (when I told ma about the store she figured they might have vanilla beans there). Anywho I left and forgot my pizza and btw everything totaled was soo affordable and the women called me back and handed it to me lol. It was funny anywho then I jumped in the car and headed to dollar general where I bought 4 more of the medicated powders and then also an umbrella. After that I went home. Yup it was an eventful day again but suuuper fun :).
